These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of
Explore Japan - Picture Puzzle (the “App”, application
identifier com.mizuky.explorejapan), a mobile puzzle game published by
Mizuky (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The App is a general-audience puzzle game. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you are below the age of digital consent required by your local law (for example, under 13 in the United States), you may use the App only with verifiable parental consent.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You agree that you will not:
The App includes virtual items and in-game currencies — Keys, Coins, and Diamonds — and consumable helper items such as Preview, Add Time, and Hint. These are licensed to you for use within the App only.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, Diamond packs). All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective terms. We do not receive or store your payment-card or billing information.

Store policies:
The App shows optional, rewarded video ads (for example, to earn free Coins or extra time). You choose whether to watch them. Ads are served by third-party providers (such as Google AdMob), whose collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy and the providers’ own policies.
Your game progress, wallet balances, owned items, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not back up this data to our servers, and it cannot be restored by us if it is lost — for example, if you uninstall the App, clear its data, or switch devices. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, text, place names, imagery, audio, and other content, is owned by Mizuky or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. All trademarks and brand names of third parties (such as Apple, Google, Firebase, and AdMob) belong to their respective owners.
The App integrates third-party services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics). Your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.
We may release updates, change, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend or terminate the App or any feature, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
These Terms apply until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and any virtual items and currency are forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mizuky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual items, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for in-app purchases in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mizuky from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
