A summer festival held at shrines across Kagoshima Prefecture, where painted washi-paper lanterns are lit to create a magical, atmospheric display that is beloved as a traditional Japanese summer scene.

Rokugatsudo called Roggado locally summer festival around July though name June shrines temples old Satsuma Territory mainly Kagoshima Pref.
