On Kuju Plateau at 850m in Taketa City, Kuju Flower Park is West Japan's largest flower paradise of 220,000sqm with blossoms of about 500 species 5 million stems spring-autumn against Kuju mountain backdrop. April features 200,000 tulips, May nemophila and lupins, June 100,000 lavender, summer sunflowers and celosia, autumn salvias marigolds cosmos color hilly fields differently weekly. Park divided into Flower Hill and Highland Color zones with observatory, flower house, fragrance workshop, glasshouse.
