At Iimori-cho, Isahaya City facing Tachibana Bay, Yui no Hama Marine Park is an environmental-friendly artificial beach created from Isahaya Bay reclamation, stretching gently about 500m with shallow clear water safe for families. Surrounded by reclaimed farmland and hills, the bay is calm and at sunset the water glows orange over the Shimabara Peninsula backdrop. The park offers multipurpose lawns, marine sports center, barbecue areas and is popular locally as a car enthusiast meet-up venue Yui no Hama Off-kai and ecological cleanup site. Nagasaki Honda Association's cleanup uses all-terrain ATVs and sand-sifting machines to remove buried plastics, reviving barefoot-friendly sand. Parking is spacious, access 20 minutes from Isahaya City center, making it a convenient spot to feel the vast reclaimed landscape and tranquil bay nature near Nagasaki's urban area.
